Before Council

Any person who wishes to make a request to do a deputation to council must submit their delegation request in writing along with a copy of their presentation materials to the Township Clerk  eight (8) calendar days prior to the subject meeting. Each delegation and presentation will be limited to ten minutes in length unless an extension has been granted by council. No deputation will be permitted regarding legal matters or pending litigation matters involving the Township or Township employees. All information regarding delegations can be found in the Townships Procedure By-law.
