The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges to us all, but one of the most taxing implications is the effect on our mental health. The West Perry Sound Municipalities are working together to ensure a high level of commitment to communication not only for COVID-19 updates, but also regarding help and support for mental health.
Seeking out quality advice and information in moderation is paramount. The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) has provided some insightful information to keep you informed. Please see the resources below for finding help, and advice on specific topics.

Staying Informed during COVID-19

The World Heath Organization (WHO) is a very reputable resource for updates on the COVID-19 updates and statistics as well as for in-depth information on mental health.
