
Seniors Exercise Program
The Carling Seniors Exercise Group meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, with a short social at the end of each class. The program runs from September to the end of June.
The exercises concentrate on: walking, balance, stretching and strength. All exercises are performed on a chair or in a standing position. There are no floor exercises. This program is sponsored by the West Parry Sound District Community Support Services.
New participants are always welcome.
